Ramsgate is a village on the south coast from KwaZulu Natal.
This nature is more intact than anywhere else in the world.
Painting here is pure meditation. There was no one except the fishermen.

The small coastal town of Deià, in the northwest of Mallorca, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Situated in a gorge at the foot of Mount Teix, overlooking the sea, Deià has always attracted artists, writers and other creative minds, most notably the writer Robert Graves among others.

Connemara is a region in the west of Ireland, in County Galway, in the west of the province of Connacht.
My first time on a painting and meditation trip.
It was also here that I had my first experience with dry pastel and now I have become a big fan of it.

Lighthouse Island
creating in the Algarve paradise on Ilha do Farol.
This small, idyllic island is just a few minutes from the popular tourist resort of Faro.
There are no cars or roads on this Island.
You feel like you are in another world.
Dreams coming true
Monet, Renoir, Cézanne – all under one roof at Vila Langmatt.
During the visit to the museum, Suddenly I feel the urge to sit down. I asked the nice lady who worked there if this would be possible, as it is actually not allowed to sit on the Mobiliario of museums.
With laughing eyes she said: Yes, you can! At that moment I had the inspiration to paint this painting. I was in a trance while painting.

Giverny, France in Monet's Garden
Following in the footsteps of Claude Monet.
I was inspired by the idyll of impressionist Claude Monet's house and the lily pond.
Painting in Monet's Garden was a great experience for me.
The beautiful colors of the flowers and the light, everything was so magical.
I could have sworn I felt the presence of Claude Monet next to me.
For Claude Monet (1840-1926), one of the fathers of Impressionism, the following words were an inexhaustible source of inspiration and the heart of his art. He said “Perhaps I owe it to the flowers that I became a painter”, (Claude Monet).

The angel of light protects the artist on the lighthouse island.
While the lighthouse indicates to ships where the land is, the angel of Light protects the artist. The boats are empty, the fishermen have already left, and the day ends. A curious hen accompanies the artist, with its red crest like the lighthouse lantern. The little dog Gipsy is always nearby. The day was wonderful, full of inspiration and so many dreams.
